In the second issue, we are reunited with Peter, who can’t remember anything from him blacking out. It seems that Peter is still wrapping his head around him using his prosthetics, and learning how to use them. Meanwhile, back at the company Peter had gotten his prosthetics, there are some kinks that the robots are still trying to figure out. They are realizing that something is going on, and need to fix it fast.
Peter and Rhys are reunited, and Rhys came to check on Peter after the blackout. Rhys expresses to peter that he still cares about him, because he was on his military team. Rhys informs Peter about having an appointment, so that Peter can get his prosthetics upgraded. Peter is at first, reluctant to go, but then gives in.
After they both get there, things are unusual as Peter goes in. Then, fighting begins and it immediately draws me in as a reader. Both Peter and Rhys have been very strong, because of the things that have been injected into their bodies. They both become these super powered beings, that can’t be stopped. At the end of the comic, a cliff hanger happens and Peter is on his way to get revenge.
What I enjoyed about this second issue are the action sequences, and also the art. The art is beautiful, the reader can see all the details of what is going on in the comic panel. I also like how all the characters have different personalities, and the reader can understand why they are so different. I’m really excited to see what happens in the next issue, and I hope Peter will be okay as he goes on.
