It’s a new month and as always there’s a whole lot of new comic book runs starting this month! Here are my Top 3 new comic book runs coming to comic shops in the month of February.
1.) Silver Surfer: Ghost Light / Marvel

Toni Brooks just moved to the small town of Sweetwater with her family. While all seems normal at first, she quickly learns that not everything is as it seems. 2.) Blood Tree / Image Comics

There is a sociopath running rampant in New York. This butcher known as the Angel Killer has very specific targets. His victims are the innocent family members of others convicted of murder. He says his goal is to “purify” society. The only thing that could stop him, are two obsessive NYPD detectives, who have decided to make hunting down this killer their new favorite hobby.
Blood Tree #1 is set to hit store shelves on Feb.1st.
3.) Blue Book / Dark Horse

- Artist- Michael Avon Oeming
Tynion is back at it with another ambitious comic book project. Blue Book is being called his “True Weird” stories by Tynion himself, stating each issue will cover ordinary people having extraordinary, and downright otherworldly encounters. These are all retellings of real world accounts by real people, starting with the original abduction story of Betty and Barney Hill.
Blue Book #1 is scheduled to for a landing in comic shops on Feb. 22nd.
