But well Patty now must deal with that, they come one step closer to discovering who the killer is and are now panicking because this puts Lil in danger.
The Answers Out There
FML #6 ramps the story back up and really gets the reader on the edge of their seat. Kelly Sue DeConnick does an amazing job of building up the tension in this issue, well at the same time putting in some light humor to break that tension a bit. DeConnick has really brought the reader along for one heck of a ride and doesn’t appear to be laying off. As the story draws closer to the end, the swerves and jokes keep on coming.
The punk rock art style in this series never gets old and always hits the spot. David Lòpez does an awesome job bringing the vision of this story to reality. The art is unique, yet very familiar which draws the reader’s attention to each panel. The color scheme that Cris Peter uses matches up impeccably with the art and draws your attention to the panels even more. Clayton Cowles lettering also gives the punk rock feel to finish out the trifecta.

Final Thoughts
FML #6 does an awesome job of bringing the intrigue b\ack to this series and ups the ante going into the close. The mystery is being unraveled, but this only reveals bigger issues and mysteries to be solved. Mix with that the fun nature of the book and you have a sure fire hit that everyone should be checking out.
