The Chimera is here. Writer Cullen Bunn, Artist Christopher Mitten, Colorist Piky Hamilton, and Letterer Frank Cvetkovic have created a beautiful final issue.

We pick up with the creature terrorizing the party. Everyone is scared, and our characters are trying to get everyone away from the creature. Someone gets killed by this creature, and that shows this creature will kill anyone and everyone.

Our small team of adventurers then find some secret passages to go and hide in. We then proceed to find out that Mr. Skeen is behind the predicament that everyone has fallen into. A flashback then occurs, showing a blue dress that is what caused the creature to show up.

After this revelation, the team then realizes that they can’t save Constance. But what they do end up doing is trying to defeat the creature. Mr. Skeen is then proceeded to be killed by the creature, and the team needs to hurry to stop her. A white powder is then thrown on Constance, and she is then set on fire.

The people who were controlled by her are then freed as well, and then our main characters watch the mansion burn. They then get into a conversation about what went down, and what the future holds. The final panel shows the burned mansion.

Final Grade: 10/10

Cullen Bunn and his team created a beautiful 3-issue story. This final issue ties everything together, and makes it very interesting. I would not be surprised if we get more stories set in the world of Our Brilliant Ruin.
