Read Our Brilliant Ruin: Horror At Crane Mansion #1 Review Here
We open this issue with our characters talking about what just happened with the dead body. They are debating what to do now that someone at the party was killed. After that, one of the other characters, Mr. Skeen, locks everyone in the mansion.
Finding Clues
Elizabeth then tells everyone what happened, and tells everyone that they can’t leave until this is solved. We then hear everyone asking why they can’t leave, and everyone is concerned. Our main characters then notice 2 servants just standing on the stairs. Mr. Skeen then says he is going to deal with them.
We then see our characters going and talking to people. While that is happening, we see a man with a knife in a different part of the mansion. We cut back, and our investigators have deciphered a clue from one of the guests. They then go into a bedroom, and the man with a knife attacks.
He escapes, and the ladies go and hunt him down. He gets away, but the ladies have the weapon. We then see them go and talk to Mr. Skeen about it, and a heated conversation happens. We then see Constance show up, and the final panel shows that the monster has taken control of her.
