Nothing to Lose Your Head About
As a young woman is washing dishes in her kitchen, she is surprised and brutally murdered by the zipper faced killer. As the police survey the gruesome scene, they realize they have a new serial killer on their hands. As the detectives get ready to dive into the case, they are reminded of a brutal killer that was on the loose a decade ago.
Meanwhile, Seth is preparing to relaunch his writing career with the help of his publisher. As he goes on a talk show, the host reminds him of his best-selling book where he solved the case of a killer. They audience and host then egg him on to take on this new killer. At that point a woman who was the mother of a young victim calls Seth a fraud, which rattles him. But worse than that, it appears this new killer has Seth in his sights.
A Killer Grin
Issue number two really gives the reader there first peak into the backstory of the previous killer. Tyler Boss does an excellent job of building suspense well also revealing a masterful mystery. The build up is perfectly paced to mix the violence in with that whodunit mystery that keeps the reader completely engrossed in the story.
The art is simply phenomenal and really captures that Giallo vibe. Adriano Turtulici does a fantastic job on the art. Each and every panel draws your eyes in, and the colors add so much to it. The brutal murder scenes are reminiscent of the best kills from the slasher genre. This book’s art is some of the best in all of comics and really brings this story to the next level.

Final Thoughts
You’ll Do Bad Things #2 is a perfect second issue of the series. It sets the table and ups the mystery of our killer and the people around the source. This issue should be on your list of must haves at the LCS this week. It should also be seriously considered to be added to your Pull List.
Overall Grade: 10/10
