We pick up from last issue, and the tower is now falling apart. Everyone is falling from the tower, and Keyleth takes affirmative action to save the gnomes. She turns into a Griffin and saves both Pike and Scanlan. Meanwhile, Grog and Percy are having problems of their own trying to save themselves.
Vex ends up being saved by a flying carpet. She then used the carpet to save Vax, Grog, and Percy. Everyone lands safely, and then the tower ends up in the orb that Grog touched at the end of last issue.
The team then leaves the area and then realizes that General Krieg is most likely the one responsible for everyone going missing. And they are on their way to his house.
Now, if you have seen Episode 2 of Season 1 of The Legend Of Vox Machina, then you know what’s coming. And the way they break in and find the portal, it’s almost how it went down in the show. The fight plays out exactly how it did on the show as well. But it will be interesting to see what transpires in the next issue.
Overall Grade: 10/10
This volume of the comic is so good. And with what happened in this issue, next issue is going to be a wild ride.
