The Story for The New Space Age #2

Mark lost his brother years ago in a crop circle, and his magician childhood BFF (Stacey) try to figure out how and why magic seems to be related to crop circles. After a stroll down Mark’s traumatic memory lane, he and Stacey decide they need someone to make them a spaceship, and they know just the person. As long as they have hope, what could go wrong?

The Art

In a comic with magic, science, and space, you have to have some kick ass art, and The New Space Age has just that. In addition to some gorgeously detailed explosions and skylines, the details add so much personality to the story and our characters. From the “pop” of the bacon to the magical symbols showcased around the barn. From tiny to big, the art is fun, beautiful, and perfectly moves along this hope-filled space adventure.

Overall Grade: 9.5/10

An astronaut, a magician, and a coffee addict decide to build a spaceship! The ultimate goal here is a rescue mission; however, there’s no denying these 3 are exactly where they want to be right now. While the story overall touches on some very serious issues, it does in a way that’s hopeful rather than sad, with chaos and lots of laughs along the way. The New Space Age is the perfect combination of action-packed story, mystery, heart, and humor.
