I love that Max is the artist on the series now. His art is amazing, and really shows what’s happening with the book’s story. I also love that the art moves the story forward as well. Now add in Mark’s coloring work, and Micah’s lettering, and the book’s story is really amazing.
Speaking of the story, Curt and Frankie writing it makes me so happy. The 2 of them did an amazing job on the story. They both knew how to weave the story to make it cohesive and work. I love this next arc, and I’m super excited to see where it goes from here.
Now we pick this issue up after the events of Issue #4. Henry is thrown into investigating the brutal murder of a close family member. I love that we get to see him going and trying to figure out what happened. Alongside the issue’s story, we also get a preview of Frankie & Curt’s new spin-off book releasing in the Spring.
Overall Grade: 10/10
This series continues to be amazing. Curt & his team have made another incredible issue, and I can’t wait to see where the series goes from here.
