As the story unfolds, Matt faces the Seven Deadly Sins, which have possessed his closest allies. Jason, consumed by the sin of Wrath, becomes an adversary that Matt must confront. However, Matt’s own internal struggle with anger hinders his ability to help effectively. Meanwhile, the rest of the foster kids harbor resentment towards Matt, blaming him for Jason’s departure.
Adding complexity to the narrative, She-Hulk makes a cameo, utilizing her legal expertise to assist Matt in unraveling the mystery of Cole North’s disappearance. As the plot thickens, Matt’s former friend and partner Foggy Nelson appears to be possessed by the demon of Pride, posing a significant threat to Matt’s world.
