Food Truck Battle

As Loloi and Ash make their way through the Wastelands on their way to find those hunting them. But just as they thought they were the hunters they get hunted by a rival food truck. Chef Tadka unleashes his secret weapon on them, a mutant super being, a Grunt Soldier. As Ash prepares to battle with this massive being, we find out that the Eclipse is hot on his heels as well.

Clash of the Titans

This issue takes a side journey where a rival of Loloi and their battle takes center stage over the main story. Ludo Lullabi does a great job of building the side characters and making them seem as important as our main hero. The action-packed chase really brings a great deal of entertainment and excitement to the issue, with the fight between the soldier and Ash being a tremendous scene.

The art in this issue has an awesome sci-fi feel to it. Ludo Lullabi does a fantastic job of bringing the world to life. The character designs are original and are unique to each character. Well, the world that they are in really gives you a desolate feeling. Adriano Lucas does an incredible job with the color selections as well. Which makes the art on every page really come to life.

Final Thoughts

Ghost Pepper #3 takes an entertaining side quest that continues the main story in the background. The action is great and the odd situation that Ash and Loloi find themselves in is really fun. Ghost Pepper is a fun read and if you are looking for something different in the LCS, this book may be the one for you.
