Biker Mice From Mars Builds Character
The action just keeps accelerating! Melissa Flores is keeping the pedal to the metal all while fleshing out a wonderful story. Characters are developing in a great way. Motivations are keeping the plot moving at a great pace and creating some intriguing conflict. I love the way she’s building out the lore of the Biker Mice.

I love the flashback that’s used to show how the Mice have always been a great team and selfless to their core. More importantly, it shows how important family and community is to them. They carries over when we get back to the present. The values they have passed down to the next generation shine through. Modo is a protector, Vinnie is charismatic, and Throttle is the rock of the group. I’m excited to see more of these sides of them all.

More From Oni Press: Dark Regards #3 Battle of the Black Metal
The color work makes some really eye catching moments and highlights emotional moments. The danger of Mars is evident in the hot, dry tones. That doubles for the cool, dark colors associated with sickness and poison as it pertains of the Plutarkians. It walks a fine line between realism and cartoon and I love that!
Overall Grade 9/10
Biker Mice From Mars is a great ride! I love what Melissa Flores is doing with this cast of characters. Themes like the community vs the individual create some heartfelt moments. The artwork is tasked with making things fast and wild and it nails it! Beautiful colors and radical sound effect lettering make this a roaring success!
