The Plot: A Heatwave, A Blackout, and a Bloodthirsty Predator
New York City swelters under an oppressive heatwave that triggers a massive blackout, plunging the city into chaos. Amid the simmering unrest, Spider-Man swings into action to keep the peace. However, lurking beneath the city’s grimy sewers and abandoned subway tunnels is a deadly new threat: Skinner, a rogue Predator unlike any other.
Skinner is no ordinary Yautja. Without a code or clan, this Predator operates purely on an insatiable thirst for blood. His brutal methods make him one of the most terrifying foes Peter Parker has ever encountered. The stakes are higher than ever as Spider-Man faces a hunter who thrives on chaos and carnage.
Benjamin Percy’s Vision for the Series
“Spider-Man is at the top of every writer’s wishlist. Percy also hinted at the unique design and personality of Skinner, a Predator unlike any other we’ve seen. With no honor or allegiance, Skinner serves as the perfect nightmarish counterpart to Spider-Man’s big-hearted heroism.

Artist Marcelo Ferreira, known for his dynamic and kinetic art style, brings Spider-Man’s urban acrobatics to vivid life while capturing the visceral terror of Skinner. Together, Percy and Ferreira have crafted a Predator that’s as visually stunning as it is menacing.
