The Powerpuff Girls are in the holiday spirit. Writer Daniel Kibblesmith, Artist Carlo Lauro, Colorist Nicolo Laporini, and Letter Jeff Eckleberry have brought the holiday spirit to this issue.
Now, the issue starts with a snow-covered Townsville. Everywhere is decorated for Christmas. And we see Blossom and the girls in their snow gear. While flying, they’re also trying to figure out what to get The Professor for the holiday.
We then see all 3 of the girls split off to go and find something for The Professor. Blossom finds out that The Roudyruff Boys are playing Ice Hockey a little too hard. While she doesn’t want to create any trouble since Santa is watching, she needs to do something. After she is accused of cheating, we see a training montage.

Meanwhile, we see Bubbles at the animal shelter and Princess Morbucks. Morbucks has taken over the shelter. She is trying to put on “The Greatest Holiday Show Townsville Has Ever Seen.” Well, a goat proceeds to eat the show’s budget. And the animals are attacking people.
The story then cut to a holiday market happening, right in the middle of Townsville. We see The Mayor in a dunk tank. We also see Buttercup trying to help make fruitcake. After paying for destroying the cake, Mojo Jojo shows up. And he is trying to steal everyone’s money.
We then cut back to Blossom, and she is about to deal with The Roudyruff Boys. She smokes the boys in the skate-off. Meanwhile, we cut back to Bubbles. She was able to Princess Morbucks with Kindness. Buttercup throws Mojo Jojo into the dunk tank. This sets up a classic game of Dunk The Monkey.

The girls are transformed into The Holiday Super-Charged Powerpuff Girls. And the recipe for them is: Sugarplums, Pumpkin Spice, And A List Of Who’s Nice. And the supercharged girls destroy Him. The end of the issue shows the Professor and the girls enjoying the holiday.
