Stitch #5- It’s Scrump’s World

Scrump is taking center stage this issue. Dynamite is back with Issue #5 of Stitch, and the book’s creative team is back as well:

We start off with Jumba rigging Scrump up to his latest invention. Pleakly walks in, and then we learn what Jumba is up to now. He is trying to give Scrump a brain. After the conversation, Stitch hits the button, and Scrump becomes a human. We then see Jumba, Pleakly, and Stitch get turned into dolls. 

We then see Scrump running all over, and getting to Lilo’s house and finding the doll-ified version of Lilo. Jumba and Pleakly are trying to figure out what their next steps are. Meanwhile, Stitch is trying to hit the other button on the invention. We then see Scrump and Lilo having a fun day out all over the world, and in space. 

We cut back to Jumba and Pleakly, and they are watching Stitch struggle to hit the other button. Before he can hit it, Scrump comes back, she hits it, and everyone turns back to human, and Scrump becomes a doll again. 

Overall Grade: 10/10 

I loved this issue so much. It was wacky and wild, and so fun. I cannot wait for what’s coming in the next issue.
