Family drama has happened. Writer Kieron Gillan, Artist Stephanie Hans, and Letterer Clayton Cowles have written another fantastic issue.

Stephanie’s art in every issue is leveling up the storytelling for this comic. This issue is no exception at all. She really has upped how the art helps to tell the story, and I love it so much. Attach on Clayton’s lettering, and the book is halfway there.
Meanwhile, Kieron’s writing on this book is on another level. He knows these characters so well, and is able to write them into crazy situations, and it’s written so wonderfully. This series is only 3 issues in, and the writing is a testament to how amazing this comic series is.
This issue has us following Shopie, as she has been transported into DIE. Her story in this issue is amazing, she is really going through it, and it’s fun to see. I also love that we see Angela’s daughter, Molly, in this as well. They end up a part of a group that the game uses for trauma dumping in the game.
Overall Grade: 10/10
This comic is amazing, and the story is getting more compelling with each issue. Kieron and the team are creating a beautiful story, and this is becoming more and more amazing with every issue.

It is worth it, especially if you read the original series and have been waiting to see what’s next for the characters
