It’s Godzilla versus Hulk! These two battle-tested Titans go toe to toe as the remainder of our heroes try to find a way to save the universe and themselves.

The Story:
Gerry sets up the penultimate issue as he delivers a Titanic sized battle between Hulk and Godzilla! The fight is everything we could have hoped for and unfortunately not even Hulk is a match for Godzilla. He does an incredible job giving each opponent their moments to shine in battle as they deliver gigantic hits to one another.
There are some fun moments such as a Star Wars reference and we see a vulnerable side to Hulk as well. Gerry has given fans everything we could have asked for in this run and I cannot wait to see how they wrap this up in the final issue.
The Art and Letters:
Javier and Paco are bringing the energy to this fight as they fill the panels with powerful punches and hits. They deliver the spots where we see Godzilla with an ax in his back, and even Hulk resorting to biting Godzilla viciously. I’m most impressed by their splash page of heroes all inside the Vibranium Mech Suit. It’s as though it is a sequence from Power Rangers that is lettered by Travis, making each bubble and banter fit perfectly. Jesus brings the art to life through the bright and glowing colors as Godzilla charges up the atomic breath, delivering an array of powerful hits.
Final Thoughts:
Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe #4 sets up for an epic and powerful ending as we see Hulk and Godzilla locked in battle with every hit shaking the universe. This issue has everything fans have dreamed of!
