San Diego Comic-Con is officially upon us and will run from July 24–27, 2025 at the San Diego Convention Center.
And while planning for this major event can be daunting, we got you covered with a nice over view of the highlights planned for this big, big weekend in comics, merch, movies and more.

THURSDAY
11:30AM – 12:30 pm – DC ALL IN: WHAT’S NEXT
Join Scott Snyder, Joshua Williamson, Mark Waid, and other top DC storytellers in a can’t-miss panel that dives deeper into DC’s core and Absolute comic books for 2025.
12 – 1 pm – GODZILLA: ENTER THE KAI-SEI ERA
IDW’s massive new Godzilla universe has arrived! Moderated by Aaron Gregory (Toho) and featuring celebrated creators Tim Seeley, Oliver Ono, Ethan Parker, Griffin Sheridan, and Jake Williams (editor).
12:30 – 1:30 pm – DC COMICS: GOTHAM CITY
Batman panel featuring Matt Fraction (Batman), Scott Snyder (Absolute Batman), Dick Dragotta (Absolute Batman), Kyle Higgins (Immortal Legend Batman), Daniel Warren Johnson (Absolute Batman 2025 Annual), and more.

12-1 pm – Kyle Higgins: Radiant Black, The Massiveverse, and More
Join Massive-Verse superstars Kyle Higgins (Radiant Black, No/One), Brian Buccellato (No/One), Nick Cotton (Rogue Sun), Ryan Parrott (Rogue Sun), and more special surprise guests as the crew unveils exciting new developments and announcements.
3:30 – 4:30 pm – MARVEL COMICS: Next Big Thing
Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski, VP & Executive Editor Tom Brevoort, Ultimate Editor Wil Moss, and a lineup of creators including Jonathan Hickman (Imperial), Ryan North (One World Under Doom), Stephanie Phillips (Imperial War: Planet She-Hulk) as they give fans a glimpse into the future of the Marvel Universe.
SATURDAY
10– 11 am – The Slaughterverse: Expanding the World of Something is Killing the Children
Boom! Takes you inside the expanding world of SIKTC!
1:45 – 2:45 pm – MARVEL COMICS: Ultimate Universe
All about Marvel’s Ultimate Universe with Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski, Ultimate Editor Wil Moss and some of the line’s hit creators including Jonathan Hickman (Ultimate Spider-Man), Deniz Camp (Ultimates), and Chris Condon (Ultimate Wolverine).
3:30 – 4:30 pm – PEACEMAKER SNEAK PEEK & PANEL
Panelists will include James Gunn (co-head of DC Studios, executive producer, writer, director), John Cena (Peacemaker, executive producer), Danielle Brooks (Adebayo), Jennifer Holland (Harcourt), Freddie Stroma (Vigilante), Steve Agee (Economos), Frank Grillo (Rick Flag Sr.), Sol Rodriguez (Sasha Bordeaux) and Tim Meadows (Langston Fleury). The highly anticipated global trailer for season two of the series will be released during the panel.

4:30 – 5:30 – TRANSFORMERS & G.I. JOE: All Out War in the Energon Universe
A BIGGGGG panel to focus on the Energon Universe, including Transformers, G.I. Joe and Void Rivals.
SUNDAY
11 am – George Lucas’ first-ever SDCC appearance in Hall H, joined by Guillermo del Toro, Doug Chiang and moderated by Queen Latifah—about the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.
Special Guests & Autographs
Full Autograph sessions are scheduled via MySchedule on the official site, but expect to be able to get signatures from the best in the comics business like Marvel, Image and DC.
You’ll also be able to meet and get autographs from acting icons like Thomas Ian Nicholas, Felicia Day and more.
Check the full schedule, but make sure to plan early, autographs at SDCC are some of the longest wait times!
Off‑site Events (No Badge Needed)
A great option if you’re without a badge or want more to do beyond the Convention Center is the Comic Con Museum!
Fun for the whole family, there is an amazing Doctor Who exhibit currently at the museum, along with an epic preview of Star Wars original memorabilia and props from the actual movies!

Some other off-site events include a 1989 Batman screening with live 50‑piece orchestra at Gallagher Square.
A Her Universe Fashion Show, themed “Defying Fashion – full Wicked” hosted by Ashley Eckstein & Michael James Scott at Manchester Grand Hyatt (free admission; July 24).
And a Napoleon Dynamite Live! screening + Q&A at Balboa Theater on July 25. There are also a few Toxic Avengers screenings you can sign up for.
