GalaxyCon continues to evolve as they find the proper ways to utilize the convention space and the surrounding hotel venues. Tabletop and video gaming rooms in neighboring hotels give convention goers a chance to take a break from the bustling exhibition hall and main stages. You can even find some special rooms dedicated to your favorite fandoms!

GalaxyCon is pretty standard in most facets of the convention circuit. There is a massive lineup of celebrity guests, fascinating panels, exhibits, and plenty of cool stuff to satisfy any of your fandom cravings. But, there is one thing that sets GalaxyCon apart from the rest…WRESTLING!

GalaxyCon Raleigh is a Welcoming Venue

That’s just a small handful of the celebrities that attend every year and each of them will be available for autographs, photo ops, or just a friendly hello! Samantha Veilleux, Sr. Vice President of Talent for GalaxyCon explains why they’re are able to boast such a massive list of guests:

“Raleigh’s event is a standout success largely because our celebrity guests genuinely love coming here. It’s incredibly easy to book talent because they know they’ll be welcomed by amazing fans, enjoy fantastic local restaurants, and explore rich cultural attractions. The enthusiasm of the Raleigh community truly makes GalaxyCon a special experience for everyone involved,”

Nerd Initiative Is In The House!

On top of all of those celebrity guests, the cosplay wrestling, and the plethora of gaming, for the first time in GalaxyCons illustrious existence, Nerd Initiative will have boots on the ground! Yours truly will be attending with a crew to capture all of the fun and excitement and bring you some fantastic content for those unable to attend.

GalaxyCon Raleigh will open its doors at 2pm on Thursday, July 25th and run through 8pm Sunday, July 28th.
