SDCC: Dark Horse Announces New Mainline Dungeons & Dragons Comic Series

Dark Horse is at SDCC this week, and they have announced a new mainline D&D series.

This new series has a stacked creative team, including: 

• Writers: Jackson Lanzing & Collin Kelly (Star Trek: The Last Starship, Captain America, NYX)
• Artists: Ibraim Roberson (Star Wars, Weapon X, Thor Annual 2023) & Arabson Oliveira
• Colorist: Dan Brown
• Letterer: Haley-Rose Lyon 

The book’s full description reads: 

“A draconic apocalypse approaches the Forgotten Realms, and it has one name on its lips: Mordenkainen. Now, stripped of his magic but never out of the fight, the most powerful wizard in all reality will need the help of Faerûn’s most legendary heroes to restore the balance.” 

Collin Kelly said this about the new series:
