Just in time for Pride Month
Timed for Pride Month, one of Marvel’s most iconic superhero families comes back together, only to have their celebration interrupted by a certain power-hungry robotic relative. In Wiccan & Hulkling: Raid of Ultron #1, this year’s Marvel’s Voices Pride special, the group must unite in ways they never have before to defend what matters most. The one-shot arrives May 27 and features a standout roster of creators, including Wyatt Kennedy, Josh Trujillo, Zoe Tunnell, Luciano Vecchio, Rachael Stott, Bradley Clayton, Stephen Byrne, and, making her Marvel Comics debut, Tegan Quin of the Grammy-nominated duo Tegan and Sara. Fans can also check out all four covers and preview pages from each story.

- Wyatt Kennedy and artist Stephen Byrne deliver a framing story that continues threads from Witches’ Road, with Wiccan and Hulkling hosting a lavish anniversary party at their new home, that is until Ultron crashes in with an army and his own warped idea of a family reunion.
- Tegan Quin joins forces with artist Luciano Vecchio for a character-driven tale centered on Wiccan and Speed, as the twins confront Ultron while grappling with their very different life paths.
- Zoe Tunnell and artist Rachael Stott spotlight Hulkling and his alternate-universe half-sister Phyla-Vell, exploring their shared legacy as they team up against Ultron’s forces.
- Josh Trujillo and Bradley Clayton reunite Vision with his daughter Viv, as she reflects on her identity and what it truly means to be a synthezoid.
- The issue also includes bonus material, such as an interview with Tegan and Sara conducted by Angélique Roché.
In a recent interview, Tegan Quin explained she was especially drawn to Wiccan and Speed because of their twin dynamic, noting that their differences, and the distinct stages of life they’re in, offered a compelling way into the story.
