READ FALLOUT SEASON 2 EPISODE 3 REVIEW HERE
Another week of a lovely episode of Fallout. Lucy (Ella Purnell) gets rescued by The Ghoul (Walton Goggins). There is also a brief flashback when The Ghoul was Cooper, and he was using the T-42 suit. It was a war against China, and he ends up finding and being spared by this demon-like creature.

Immediately, there is a spotlight on Maximus (Aaron Moten) in the present, and he is suffering from the repercussions of killing Xander (Kumail Nanjiani), and him wanting to kill a bunch of Ghoul children. It’s interesting to see how much Maximus cares about people, when in the Brotherhood they really don’t care about anyone but their own. Maximus explains his plan that he wanted to kill Cleric Quintus (Michael Cristofer). It becomes an all-out shootout, with Maximus escaping to safety.

Back to Lucy and The Ghoul, Lucy had received a medicine drip and becomes consistently itchy. Lucy realizes that it’s because there were drugs in the drip. This whole scene was hilarious to me, because she kept going back and forth with how itchy she was.

Meanwhile, in Vault 32 and 33, there is a standoff between Overseer Betty (Leslie Uggams) and Reg (Rodrigo Luzzi). It then pans to Betty going to have a crucial conversation with Steph (Annabel O’Hagen) about Vault 33’s water supply. Steph will only get it, if Betty retrieves a box from Vault 33 that was Hank MacLean. Woody (Zach Cherry)visits Steph and reports a violation that she had from visiting another Vault. Not knowing that Steph handles all the violations. Chet (Dave Register) is in the background putting away clothes, and finds a loose board in the drawer. He finds Steph’s passport, finding out her true information and her age. Chet quickly puts it back before Steph notices.
Lastly, Norm (Moises Arias), is still with the group from Vault 31 and 32. Ronnie (Adam Faison) is questioning Norm about phase two. Norm tries to lie his way through the plan, but extends anolive branch to Ronnie to leave them into phase 2. Ronnie accepts, and the group moves on in their journey.
This episode seems like a lot of setup for episode five. I’m interested to see where Maximus went, and this episode was left on a cliffhanger with Lucy and The Ghoul. I’m just hoping all these characters make smart decisions, as they continue on their quests.
