Episode 2

We open up in slight flashback to Stain during the massive fight going on around him between All Might and All For One. As he searches through the blood-stained debris of the surrounding city, finally coming across a bloody piece of concrete with All For Ones blood splattered across it the All Might fanatic charges towards the sounds of explosions and deranged laughter in the distance. Determined to help his long standing idle the one true hero carve a path to victory. Stain speeds towards The Demon Lord as he ingests the villains blood freezing him in place screaming at All Might to attack him one final time together.
Mere moments away from his certain demise All For One shows off how truly intelligent and horrifying he has become as blood begins to shoot out from every pore on his body. Using his “Forcible Activation” quirk which we’ve seen used countless times over the shows run, he forces his “Blood-let” quirk to activate, expelling every single drop of blood from his body while simultaneously changing his blood type, rendering Stains attack and power completely useless almost as fast as he showed up. All For One laughs already having taken into account Stains motives, showing he truly has a quirk for every situation, almost like this is all a massive chess game for him. He effortlessly launches Stain flying half way across the city, flying after him and catching up upon impact as a desperate and pleading All Might tries to save him.
As All For One stares down at a broken and barely alive Stain monologuing, Stain has one final and heartfelt thought about All Might being his indirect mentor and thanking him for all of his teachings about being a hero as his body explodes into a sickening mist of red. Covered head to toe in Stains blood and his own, The Demon Lord emerges from the smoke of his last attack with a devilish grin as he turns around in an instant firing a massive energy beam from his hand directly at All Might as they both fly towards each other. Hercules, or what’s left of it jumps in front of the blast using the final remainder of its energy to shield All Might from the devastating blast. It utters one final plea for All Might to win before being disintegrated by huge explosion.

All Might lays on the ground surrounded by the scattered remains of his armored suit, barely alive and conscious as hallucinations of his past dance before his eyes, his master begging him to get up and fight, his former sidekick and even to his current student and the promise he made to him so long ago. He crawls his way across the destroyed street leaving a bloody streak behind him. His body shaking as blood drips from his face like a crimson river, as he stares up defiantly with his signature smile still unyielding even though he can’t even walk anymore, desperately trying to keep the demon lords attention.
A massive swirling storm of crackling green energy and fierce winds rages in the distance as it catches All For Ones eye, a wicked grin flashes across his face as he realizes what it is. Its Tomura Shigaraki battle against Izuku Midoriya as it rages out of control. He then tries to forcibly take control of his pupils mind and body to stop his own from rewinding into nothing. His plan is thwarted by Tomura himself as he denies his master control with his overwhelming willpower. All For One shakes it off as he charges back towards the battered and broken All Might lifting him above his head as races off, flying right towards swirling hurricane of Midoriya and Shigaraki.
The new cameras recording the battle pan up to see All Might’s body hanging limp in the villains arms. Showing the whole world the symbol of peace as chokes up blood and is manhandled right in front of there eyes. Midoriya clashes with Shigaraki in a stalemate looking up to see his master hanging in The Demon Lords clutches unable to save him or leave his current fight, knowing that if he did Shigaraki would slaughter all of the remaining heroes. As Midoriyas inner turmoil rages wanting to be a good hero and apprentice, to save his master All Might suddenly bear hugs All For One having one last gamble to bet on. Then, he activates the last piece of his suit to self destruct planning on taking himself and the demon lord down together, as two massive spikes shoot out from The Demon Lords shoulder piercing the gauntlet and All Mights arm rendering the gauntlet non-functional.
He grabs All Might by the throat laughing and taunting him right in his face as All Might truly is out of tricks. He can only stare in disbelief in the face of this pure evil before him, as All For One almost instantly turns the tide of the war on all fronts. Then, he blasts a hole in the Coffin in the Sky causing it to plummet down to the ground, all the hero’s are fighting there own battles. His student is currently fighting the greatest villain in history, the cameras roll as seemingly there is no one left to save All Might they can only watch as there Symbol of Peace is slowly killed before their eyes. Citizens worldwide can be seen cheering, crying, shouting for his victory, for someone to save there hero. When in the distance on the falling Coffin in the Sky, a massive and familiar explosion catches everyone’s attention as it is revealed that Katsuki Bakugo is alive and looking down at the raging battlefield.
