Revealed by CR and Fathom Entertainment, the Sydney, Melbourne, Indianapolis, and New York City live shows will air in movie theaters across the US and Canada. The 2 from Australia will be shown the same day they are happening, while the ones from Indianapolis and NYC will be shown in theaters 1 week later.

Event Details

The 2 Australian one-shots, aptly named Tag Team and the Teeth, are the next 2 one-shots happening. Part 1 will be recorded in the ICC Sydney Theatre. Meanwhile, Part 2 will be recorded from the Rod Laver Arena. These one-shots are bringing characters from Campaigns 2 and 3 to team up against a common enemy.

The Indianapolis one-shot will be recorded in the Fishers Event Center. This one takes us back into the world of Exandria. But, it will be using Darrington Press’ newest RPG system, Daggerheart.

The final one-shot will be recorded from Radio City Music Hall in NYC. We are finally getting the wedding of Fjord and Jester from Campaign 2.

Critical Role’s SVP Of Business And Content, Ben Van Der Fluit, mentioned this about the team-up with Fathom:

“We’re incredibly excited to partner with Fathom to bring the rest of Critical Role’s 2025 live shows to big screens across the U.S. and Canada. These events are some of our most ambitious live productions to date, and now even more of our audience can experience the genuine energy, emotion, and camaraderie that plays out at the table.”

Meanwhile, Fathom Entertainment’s CEO, Ray Nutt, had this to say about the team-up:

“Bringing loyal and passionate fanbases to theatres and providing a truly cinematic experience for premium entertainment live events has long been a hallmark of Fathom Entertainment. Fathom is thrilled to bring the live adventure, intrigue and entertainment of Critical Role to the big screen for four great nights to the benefit of its legions of fans with its largest theatrical footprint ever.”

Tickets are now on sale for all 4 of these events. More theaters may be added at a later date. So keep an eye out for if a theater near you is added.
