The first volume of Vox Machina Origins is being released in physical form for the first time. Although it was released digitally in 2017-2018, it hasn’t been available in comic shops until now. The creative team on Vol. 1 includes:

  • Writers: Matthew Mercer and Matthew Colville
  • Artist: Olivia Samson
  • Colorists: Chris Northrop and Travis Ames
  • Letterer: Chris Northrop

Olivia Sampson is also doing new covers as well. The description for Issue #1 reads:

“Roguish twins Vax’ildan and Vex’ahlia investigate a curse afflicting the impoverished citizens of the port city of Stilben. Things are not what they seem for the adventurous siblings—between fighting shark-riding fish men and black-clad assassins, they meet an antlered half-elven wild mage with her own theory about the curse.”

This is going to be perfect for those who have wanted to go back and re-read the early adventures of our heroes. This first issue will be released on June 11th, and pre-orders are available now at your local FLCS for $4.99.
