The King of Monsters is on a rampage in the Marvel Universe and we can’t wait to see where this goes! Last month, Marvel Comics revealed an exciting new chapter in their partnership with Toho International, the U.S.-based branch of the Japanese studio responsible for bringing the legendary Godzilla to life. This collaboration will kick off a series of brand-new comic books where Godzilla faces off against some of Marvel’s most iconic heroes! Set across different eras of both Godzilla and the Marvel Universe, these six groundbreaking one-shots will launch in March with Godzilla vs. Fantastic Four by Ryan North and John Romita Jr., followed by Godzilla vs. Hulk and Godzilla vs. Spider-Man in April!
Godzilla vs. Hulk will be written by former Hulk writer Gerry Duggan, with art by the fantastic Giuseppe Camuncoli. Meanwhile, Godzilla vs. Spider-Man will be brought to life by two legendary Spider-Man creators—Joe Kelly, who’s set to launch a brand-new run on Amazing Spider-Man this March, and phenomenal artist Nick Bradshaw.

“The second I heard that there was going to be a Godzilla x Spidey crossover set in the ‘80s, I almost leapt across the table to claim it,” Kelly told IGN. “This book is a chance to go nuts and have a blast with two iconic characters and channel the chaos of the time period that I was actively collecting Spider-Man.”
