Apple TV+ has a new offering in “Super League: The War for Football.“

Nerd Initiative sat down with award-winning director and producer Jeffrey Zimbalist to talk about how this series came together.

The War for Football follows the 2021 drama around a plan for a breakaway soccer league in Europe.

Through revealing interviews with the sport’s top stakeholders, Zimbalist is able to educate and entertain even non-soccer fans about the world’s game.
