Doctor Doom is coming, and Marvel has begun kicking off a Latverian invasion. Marvel has been ramping up the Doomsday Saga with food items, shirts, toys, and collaborations. Some are absolutely twisted. Some walk a fine line, and some have inspired controversy. Marvel and Disney are throwing their might behind the December movie. Let’s take a look at what is being offered and discuss the controversy.
USA BASED FOOD COLLABORATIONS.
DUNKIN DONUTS GOES FANTASTIC

Dunkin Donuts dropped its collab first with a selection of themed drinks, donuts, and collectibles. From very cool sipper cups sporting the Fantastic Four to Grand High Doom himself, the real highlight are the drinks, and the Dunkin Munchkins. From their official website let’s take a look at the themed drinks:
Iced Captain’ccino:Â Espresso, caramel flavor and coffee milk, lightly blended and served over ice for a bold, frothy sip worthy of any hero.
Clobbered Cloud Latte: Espresso, whole milk and toasted white chocolate flavor topped with Cookie Butter Cold Foam and crumbles inspired by The Thing’s rocky exterior.
Wakandan Daydream Refresher: Berry Clementine Refresher, raspberry flavor and oat milk topped with Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam for a bright, creamy sip inspired by Black Panther.
Optic Blast Lemonade: Sweet-tart lemonade charged with blue raspberry flavor and inspired by Cyclops.
Doom’s Orders Energy: Green Apple Dunkin’ Zero, sparkling water and Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam create a sweet, tart and fizzy sip inspired by Doctor Doom.
Doom Cloud Latte: Espresso, whole milk, mocha swirl and vanilla flavors topped with Sweet Cold Foam and cocoa powder. Dark, velvety and Doom-worthy.
That doesn’t include donuts that would be fit for a conqueror! Dunkin has also dropped a limited edition DOOM TIN that retails for 14.99 and a 25 count munchkin purchase. All Hail Doom!

JACK IN THE BOX: DOOM DIPPING BOX

Jack in the Box is releasing a doom dipping box featuring Mutant Marinara, Fantastic Buttermilk, and Assemble Sauce (which near as I can figure is the good good burger sauce in a cup). It’s your basic munchie meal, but the magnets are a nice quality, heavy, and a must for any Marvel fan. Take a look at Doom himself!
AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY – SHOES, SHIRTS, SOCKS AND MORE
The collectible merch has dominated the Avengers: Doomsday Campaign since D23. Fans all over the world are wearing green with a few particular highlights.

Hot Topic is bringing green back to Christmas by reminding the world that Doom is supreme. Every store is starting to roll out a green carpet for the MCU’s newest conquering hero…ic villain.
Meanwhile Kohl’s is bringing out a collection of shirts, play sets, action figures and more. while there’s a plethora of new merchandise and playsets, Marvel seems really determined to launch Victor Von Doom into the spotlight as he brings the Avengers and X-Men to their knees.
And of course, Disney themselves also has an (admittedly) small collection of merchandise on their official site. Cosbi’s hot toys however is releasing a set of bag charms. 2026 has been the year of the blind box and the bag charms, and while Disney isn’t offering anything directly, they are handing out the gospel of doom to anyone concerned!

DOOM AND BUSTERS
One of the best and most unique options however is an actual take-over of Dave and Busters, or Doom and Busters. On November 16th, Dave and Busters will be transforming into Doom and Busters. The family fun chain has already added several Marvel themed activities including the first arcade cabinet treatment for Marvel: Cosmic Invasion that released on console and PC last year. The chain will announce a DOOM HOUR where their double tickets will be offered on any green stripe games. The restaurant is also offering a selection of alcoholic drinks for the alcoholic – inclined!
Disney is clearly excited about the partnership. President of Brand Partnerships Lylle Breier had this to say:
“Rather than creating a traditional promotion, they transformed their entire business into an immersive celebration of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. The result is a bold, fan-first experience that extends the story beyond the theater and into the real world in a way only Dave & Buster’s could.”

BURGER KING INDIA AND FAILING TO ACKNOWLEDGE CAPTAIN AMERICA: SAM WILSON.

Not every promotion is a winner and some can be downright offensive. Burger King: India announced a promotion featuring an all green menu with a spicy green garlic sauce while making decisions about how to include Sam Wilson, Captain America. After calling Captain America by his old code name: Falcon, they also attached Sam Wilson to their fried chicken wings. From insulting Wilson and forgetting he’s now Captain America to including Wilson, a black man, with fried chicken which is a racist stereotype of the black community.

The image has sparked a fan backlash. Hopefully India course corrects soon.
