The story begins in Uncanny X-Men #11 and ends with X-Manhunt Omega, a double-sized finale. Along the way, fans will follow Professor Charles Xavier as he escapes from a high-security mutant prison, sparking chaos among the X-Men and their allies. The hunt is on, and loyalties will be tested as the X-Men confront the legacy of their former leader.
What Is X-MANHUNT About?
Charles Xavier, once a revered mentor, is now one of the most dangerous mutants alive. After surrendering himself for crimes committed at the end of the Krakoan Age, he’s been imprisoned at Graymalkin Prison, located on the grounds of his former school.
But everything changes when he escapes. With a mysterious mission driving him and a telepathic virus threatening his mind, Xavier races across the country. Meanwhile, the X-Men must decide: will they protect him, stop him, or end him for good?
