Valiant Beyond is ready to reshape the comic book landscape with two major launches: All-New Harbinger #1, written by Fred Van Lente with art by Antonio Di Caprio, and X-O Manowar #1, crafted by Steve Orlando and illustrated by Guillermo Fajardo. These titles mark a bold new chapter for the Valiant universe, ushering in a wave of fresh narratives and timeless heroes.

All-New Harbinger #1

Fred Van Lente describes the series as a thought-provoking exploration of power and responsibility. “What happens when the super-powered people take over?” Van Lente asks. The story unfolds in Foundation City, a society ruled by psiots who now face the complexities of leadership rather than persecution. The Harbinger field team acts as the city’s peacekeepers, confronting threats like rogue psiots and anti-psiot bigots.

Van Lente teases a cast that blends familiar Valiant characters with new faces, all under the command of Peter Stanchek, the victor of the Harbinger Wars. Bella Rachlin’s stunning cover art offers a glimpse into the energy and intensity of this new series.

For writer Steve Orlando, penning X-O Manowar is a dream realized. “In the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, I followed Valiant obsessively,” Orlando shares. His personal connection to the character and the Valiant universe fuels his excitement to contribute to the VALIANT BEYOND initiative. Ariel Olivetti’s striking cover art ensures this debut will not be overlooked.

The Road to Resurgence Omnibus

Adding to the excitement, the Road to Resurgence Omnibus collects the entire saga leading up to these monumental releases. Featuring a cover by Agustin Alessio, this hardcover serves as the perfect companion to the upcoming Resurgence Omnibus.

Additional Titles and Talent

Valiant Beyond also includes exciting entries like Bloodshot #2 (variant cover by Diego Greco) and Tales of the Shadowman #2 (cover by Damian Connelly), along with titles like Kinryo Rock Vol. 1: Code Amrita by Manabu Akishige.
