It’s with a heavy heart that Nerd Initiative has confirmed the passing of Power Rangers icon Jason David Frank.
The actor’s rep confirmed the news Sunday.

“Please respect the privacy of his family and friends during this horrible time as we come to terms with the loss of such a wonderful human being. He loved his family, friends and fans very much. He will be truly missed,” Justine Hunt told Nerd Initiative.
Jason starred as Tommy Oliver in the Power Rangers franchise. In addition to the legendary show, David Frank was an accomplished martial artist and was working on a new project, Legend of the White Dragon.
As soon as the news broke, fans and co-stars shared their condolences and sadness for the sudden loss.
Jason is another legend gone too soon that millions of fans will truly miss.
